Lymphatic System
A quiet drainage network that clears fluid, filters waste and supports immunity.
Running parallel to the blood vessels, the lymphatic system collects excess fluid from tissues, filters it through lymph nodes, and returns it to the bloodstream. Unlike blood, lymph has no central pump — it relies on muscle movement and breathing to keep flowing, which is one reason regular movement supports both immunity and swelling reduction.
